Mr. Shin was raised in Southern California, and he graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. He obtained his law degree from the UNLV, Boyd School of Law.
Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Shin has worked for a notable personal injury law firm in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Shin has worked for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid in dealing with immigration matters for the constituents of Nevada. He has also worked for the Office of General Counsel of University of Nevada Las Vegas.
